Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

1. Who this agreement is with

DispatchIQ ("DispatchIQ," "we," "us") is a software platform offered by Victoto Truck Dispatching. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

2. What DispatchIQ is

DispatchIQ is a subscription platform for trucking dispatch businesses, made up of five independent modules you can activate individually or as a bundle: Document Processing (AI-assisted rate confirmation extraction), Automated Status Updates (SMS driver check-ins), Performance Analytics, Automated Billing Recovery (detention invoicing), and Resource Matching.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Modules are billed monthly through Stripe, individually or as a bundle, at the rates shown on your dashboard at the time of activation. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can deactivate a module at any time from your dashboard; deactivation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Automated Status Updates — your responsibility to your drivers

If you activate Automated Status Updates, DispatchIQ sends SMS messages to phone numbers you enter into the system, on your behalf. By adding a driver's number, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the driver has been informed they'll receive automated check-in texts related to their assigned work. You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable telecommunications and messaging laws (including the TCPA) in how you use this feature — DispatchIQ provides the tool, but the underlying relationship with the driver, and consent for it, is yours to manage.

6. AI-extracted and calculated data isn't guaranteed accurate

Document Processing uses AI to read uploaded rate confirmations and extract fields like rate, dates, and penalty terms. Performance Analytics and Billing Recovery calculate figures from data you enter. All of this is provided to save you time, not to replace your own judgment — you're responsible for reviewing extracted or calculated data before relying on it for invoicing, scheduling, or any other business decision. DispatchIQ is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate extraction, calculation, or a missed detail in an uploaded document.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use DispatchIQ to send unsolicited messages to people who haven't agreed to receive them, to violate any law, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.

8. Your data

You own the load, driver, broker, and document data you put into DispatchIQ. See our Privacy Policy for how it's handled and which third-party services process it on your behalf.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

DispatchIQ is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DispatchIQ and Victoto Truck Dispatching are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including missed messages, delivery delays, or errors in extracted or calculated data.

10. Termination

You can stop using DispatchIQ and deactivate your modules at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of DispatchIQ after an update means you accept the revised terms.
