Privacy Policy

Account & company info: your email, company name, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).

Operational data you enter: load numbers, broker/customer names, driver names and phone numbers, rates, addresses, and dates — whatever you put into the modules you activate.

Uploaded documents: rate confirmation files you upload to Document Processing.

Message content: the text of automated check-in messages sent and the replies received, if you use Automated Status Updates.

Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Usage data: pages visited and general usage patterns, collected automatically.

To run the modules you've activated (send check-in texts, extract document data, calculate analytics and detention fees, suggest driver/load matches), to bill your subscription, to provide support, and to improve the product.

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the third-party services that make DispatchIQ work, each of which processes only what's necessary for its specific job:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
• Twilio — sending and receiving the SMS check-in messages
• Anthropic — AI extraction of data from uploaded rate confirmation documents
• Vercel — application hosting
• PostHog — anonymized product usage analytics

We may also disclose information if legally required to, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of DispatchIQ or others.

When you use Automated Status Updates, driver phone numbers and message content are processed to deliver and receive check-in texts. This data belongs to your account and is only visible to your company, not to other DispatchIQ customers.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records (e.g., for tax or legal purposes).

Your data is protected by row-level access controls that keep each company's data isolated from every other company's, encrypted connections, and access limited to what each part of the system actually needs.

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@victotodispatch.com. Deleting your account removes your company's data, subject to the retention exceptions above.

DispatchIQ is a business tool and isn't directed at or intended for use by children.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
